- The Company may create anonymized statistical data based on the Personal Information acquired. The Company may use such statistical data without any restrictions.
- 4. Provision to Third Parties
- As a rule, the Company will not provide Personal Information to a Third Party without the consent of the individual.
However, we may provide Personal Information to the extent necessary, in cases based on laws and regulations when it is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property, or for immigration procedures based on foreign systems.
Additionally, when payment is made using a credit card, we may provide your card information to the card company through a payment processing company for settlement purposes. If the card-issuing company is located overseas, your Personal Information may be transferred to that country.
