  8. 8. For prompt communication and appropriate responses in emergencies (such as illnesses, disasters, or accidents).
When the Company changes the purpose of use of Personal Information, it will do so only within a reasonable scope related to the original purpose. The revised purpose of use will be clearly notified or announced on our website or through other means. If the new purpose exceeds the scope of the original purpose, we will change it after obtaining the individual’s consent, in accordance with laws and regulations.

The Company may create anonymized statistical data based on the Personal Information acquired. The Company may use such statistical data without any restrictions.
4. Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company will not provide Personal Information to a Third Party without the consent of the individual.

Additionally, when payment is made using a credit card, we may provide your card information to the card company through a payment processing company for settlement purposes. If the card-issuing company is located overseas, your Personal Information may be transferred to that country.

When outsourcing some part of our operations, we select contractors after confirming their appropriate management systems, conclude non-disclosure agreements, and ensure the thorough security management of Personal Information.
